7. Warranties and Disclaimers

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any applicable service agreements and privacy policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Merlion Intelligence regarding the use of our website and services, superseding any prior agreements or communications.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect, and the invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
